The Matcha Collective
Fully customized Shopify 2.0 storefront with Stripe payment processing and a built-in inventory management system. Features custom Liquid templates, dynamic product filtering, automated stock tracking, and a branded checkout experience optimized for conversion.
Learning Platform
Contrology Connection
A complete learning-management platform for a classical Pilates teacher-training school. Students enroll in NPCP-recognized certification programs through Stripe checkout — gated by digital medical and liability waivers — then work through a streaming video class library, masterclasses, and workbooks. Class packs use an hour-token system with 24-hour self-service cancellation, and an admin dashboard manages courses, events, promo codes, and inquiries. Runs on a self-hosted PocketBase backend with custom server hooks and Cloudflare Stream video delivery, including live-streamed classes.
Membership Platform
Jasmine Estevez Wellness
A subscription wellness platform built around a yoga influencer's personal brand — turning her audience into paying members. Subscribers sign up through Stripe and get her live-streamed classes plus a growing on-demand library, all delivered through Cloudflare Stream with signed URLs so content stays members-only. She goes live straight from her phone with nothing to click on the site, and recordings drop into the library from an admin dashboard. Includes a member billing portal, retreat pages, and a 200-hour teacher-training waitlist, on a self-hosted PocketBase backend.

A bold, high-energy site for a private soccer training business serving Saint Johns, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine. Dark athletic design built around the Titan crest, with credential highlights, clinics & events pages, and a booking flow that hands off cleanly to Square appointments — so sessions get booked and paid without a custom backend to maintain.

A warm, inviting marketing site for a Northfield, Minnesota coworking space — the ambiance of a coffee shop with the function of a corporate office. Features membership and day-pass flows plus an event calendar and admin, with the backend migrating to a self-hosted PocketBase instance.
Real Estate Website
Olivia Llave, REALTOR®
A warm, conversion-focused marketing site for a Jacksonville-area REALTOR®. Five hand-built pages — Home, About, Buyers, Sellers, and Contact — share a custom “Sunset on the Riverwalk” design system built around an autoplay skyline video hero, an interactive neighborhood explorer modal, step-by-step buyer and seller journeys, and FAQ accordions. The contact and home-valuation forms post to a self-hosted PocketBase backend with spam honeypots and instant Gmail notifications, so leads are never lost. No framework and no build step — just fast, accessible static HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.

Jeep Freedom — Poker Chip Trail
A mobile-first, installable PWA for a multi-city Jeep poker-run event series. Riders check in at each physical stop — verified server-side by GPS proximity or QR scan — collect chips, and climb a live leaderboard, earning city and state badges as they complete runs. All scoring is computed on a self-hosted PocketBase backend with custom hooks, so the client can never inflate a total. The Next.js frontend ships as a static export served from the same origin, works offline with cached map tiles, and deploys automatically on every push.

My $100 Tomato
Cross-platform subscription app built natively for iOS (SwiftUI + SwiftData) and Android (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose). Features an interactive drag-to-draw garden grid, seedling tray management with transplant tracking, Gantt-style harvest timelines, expense logging with per-item cost analysis, and exportable bed layouts via ImageRenderer and UIPrintInteractionController. Syncs via iCloud with StoreKit 2 subscription management.

Flagler Garage Sale Finder
Ad-based multi-platform app with a Supabase-powered backend handling real-time listings, user authentication, and image storage. iOS client built in SwiftUI with MapKit integration for interactive map browsing, geocoded pins, and directions. Includes a Next.js web companion with server-side rendering and responsive map views. Revenue model driven by integrated ad placements across all platforms.
